My background is commercial, with experience in sales and finance. I look at a website through the eyes of someone deciding whether a business is worth speaking to.
Can I understand what you do? Can I see evidence? Does the detail give me confidence? Those questions come before the decorative ones.
I started MWS because too many good businesses are being undersold online. The aim isn’t to make them look like something they’re not. It’s to show what is already there, properly.
